Testing Windows 7 SP1 Beta

July 28, 2010July 29, 2019 Ed Goad 0 Comments

Looks like the SP1 beta for Windows 7 has been release and is downloadable at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/ff183870.aspx. Unfortunatly, they require the download to occur via the akami download manager – which doesnt work in some environments.

Luckily, I was able to identify the URL of the download and get the binaries directly. Just download the following link: http://wb.dlservice.microsoft.com/dl/download/win7sp1/0/A/F/0AFB5316-3062-494A-AB78-7FB0D4461357/windows6.1-KB976932-X64-INTL.exe?lcid=1033&cprod=carew7
